Shipping Policy

Thank you for shopping with Ophelia Trips. This Shipping Policy explains how we process, handle, and deliver orders placed through our e-commerce website. We operate worldwide and are committed to ensuring that your order reaches you safely and on time.

Order Processing
All orders are processed within 1–3 business days after they are placed. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day. Once your order is processed and ready for dispatch, you will receive a confirmation message containing your order details.

Payment Method
Ophelia Trips offers Cash on Delivery (COD) as the only payment method. You must pay the full amount in cash to the delivery agent upon receiving your order. Please ensure that someone is available at the delivery address to complete the payment and receive the package.

Shipping and Delivery Time
We offer worldwide delivery. Delivery times may vary depending on your location, customs procedures, and courier availability. Typical delivery timeframes are as follows:

  • Local deliveries: 3–7 business days

  • International deliveries: 10–20 business days

Please note that these are estimated times and may vary based on external factors such as customs clearance, weather, or courier delays.

Shipping Charges
Shipping fees may vary depending on the destination, order size, and weight. Any applicable shipping fees will be displayed during checkout before order confirmation.

Order Tracking
Once your order has been shipped, we will provide tracking details (if available) so you can monitor the progress of your delivery. Tracking availability may vary by country or courier service.

Incorrect Address or Failed Delivery
Please ensure that your shipping details, including name, address, and contact number, are accurate at the time of placing the order. Ophelia Trips is not responsible for failed deliveries or delays due to incorrect or incomplete address information.
If a delivery attempt fails because no one is available to receive the order or payment, the courier may make a second attempt. Repeated failed deliveries may result in the order being canceled.

Damaged or Missing Items
If your order arrives damaged, incomplete, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at [email protected] with your order details and supporting photos. We will review your case and provide a suitable resolution.

Customs, Duties, and Taxes
For international orders, customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or import fees that may apply in their country. Ophelia Trips has no control over these charges and is not responsible for delays caused by customs processing.

Delays Beyond Our Control
