Returns and Refunds Policy

At Ophelia Trips, customer satisfaction is our priority. We aim to ensure that every product you receive meets your expectations in quality and condition. This Returns & Refund Policy outlines the conditions under which returns or refunds may be accepted.

Payment Method
We only offer Cash on Delivery (COD) as our payment method. As payments are made upon delivery, refunds are limited and apply only to specific situations as outlined below.

Eligibility for Returns
We accept returns only under the following conditions:

  • The product you received is damaged, defective, or incorrect.

  • You notify us within 7 days of receiving your order.

  • The product is unused, in its original packaging, and includes all accessories or tags.

Returns will not be accepted for products that are:

  • Used, washed, or altered in any way.

  • Returned without original packaging or proof of purchase.

  • Damaged due to customer misuse or negligence.

Return Process

  1. Contact us at [email protected] within 7 days of delivery, providing your order number, a brief description of the issue, and supporting photos.

  2. Our support team will review your request and respond with return instructions if your case qualifies.

  3. Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your return.

Refund Process
Since we operate on a Cash on Delivery basis, refunds will be processed in one of the following ways:

  • Replacement Option: You may choose to receive a replacement for the damaged or incorrect product.

  • Refund Option: If a replacement is not possible, a full refund will be issued via bank transfer or another suitable method agreed upon during communication.

Please note that refunds are only issued after the returned product is received and verified. Processing may take up to 7–10 business days after confirmation.

Non-Returnable Items
For hygiene and safety reasons, certain items (such as personal accessories, wearable items, or opened tech products) cannot be returned unless they arrive damaged or incorrect.

Shipping Costs for Returns
If a return is approved due to a damaged or incorrect product, Ophelia Trips will cover the shipping costs. For other return reasons not caused by our error, customers are responsible for return shipping charges.

Damaged or Incorrect Orders
If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please email [email protected] immediately with clear photos and order details. We will investigate and ensure that the issue is resolved promptly.
